Privacy

The short version: this site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and knows nothing about you unless you write to the studio yourself.

What the site collects

Nothing, as you browse. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page here. Nobody is counting your visit.

The one exception is the contact form. If you fill it in, it sends the name, email address and message you typed to the studio's inbox, by way of a form-delivery service called Web3Forms. Those details are used to read your note and reply to it. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not passed to anyone else.

Like every website, this one is served by a host — Hostinger — which keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. The studio does not read them and does not build anything from them.

The studio's YouTube application

The Duke keeps a public record of the channels he follows, at Content Creators. To keep it honest, a small private application — registered with Google as Duke Subscriptions — reads his own YouTube subscription list and compares it against the studio's database.

It matters that this is understood plainly, so:

• It is used by one person: the owner of this site, on his own account. It is not offered to anyone else and there is nothing here for a visitor to sign in to.
• It asks Google for read-only access to YouTube data. It cannot subscribe, unsubscribe, comment, upload or change anything on YouTube, and it never sees a password.
• What it reads is the list of channels the account is subscribed to — their names, handles and public subscriber counts. Nothing else. It does not read watch history, private playlists, messages or anything belonging to other people.
• That list is stored on the owner's own computer and in his private Notion database. It is never sold, never shared with a third party, never used for advertising, and never used to train a model.
• What reaches this website is only what the Duke has chosen to publish: the channel names, links and figures already visible on the Content Creators page.

Access can be withdrawn at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions, at which point the application can read nothing further.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Keeping and deleting

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the studio's inbox for as long as the correspondence is useful, and deleted on request. The subscription list is held only in its most recent form and is replaced each time it is read.

If you have written to the studio and would like your message and details removed, ask, and they will be. No account, no form, no waiting.

Children

This site is not directed at children and asks for no information from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the date below changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, by design.

Asking about any of this

Write to the studio through the contact form, and say that it is about privacy. Messages are read and answered.
