What it is

Every source starts as a video or a newsletter the Duke actually watched or read. It is logged, transcribed and filed — then merged into this Handbook, which is rebuilt from scratch rather than added to, so the picture stays current instead of accumulating.

It is organised by subject, not by date. Each section separates the durable patterns from the perishable detail, because a benchmark score goes stale in months and the lesson behind it does not.

Numbers here are recorded as their sources framed them. Where a creator called something claimed, reported or unconfirmed, it still says so — this is a record of what was said about a field drowning in hype, not a ruling on what is true.
